THE RULES OF THE GAME

Although we realize it is a lot of text, it is important for you to read it carefully before you proceed to make your purchase, as we explain the “Rules of the Game” that apply to both you and us for both the use of our website as well as for a purchase of our product (s).
By visiting our websites, and/or buying product (s) from us online or offline, you indicate that you have read and understood these “Rules of the Game” and that you agree with them.

We have written down the “Rules of the Game” in a simple and transparent manner.

1. Who can order product (s) via the website
We only sell our product (s) to end users and/or consumers with a valid address in the countries that we officially ship to in which we deliver our product (s). End users and/or consumers are persons who use the product (s) for their own use and do not resell them. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of our product (s) to other retailers or bulk buyers.
2. When can I order product (s) via the website?
Even though anyone can visit our website, product (s) can only be purchased by end users and/or consumers.
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to ship our online product (s) to every country or region. Please check our website for the countries and regions where we do ship our product (s) to.
3. What prices does MyShoesHK use?
The prices on our website are consumer prices and include tax where applicable but exclude shipping costs. All are in Hong Kong dollars.
The prices only apply to purchases via our website and may differ from the prices that are used for the same product (s) in a other social medias. The final price to be paid will be displayed on the checkout page at www.myshoeshk.com
4. How do I pay for my product (s)?
In principle, we will only process and deliver your order after receipt of the payment.
MyShoesHK accepts various methods of payment including credit and debit cards. Additionally, we offer other commonly used payment method in a particular country; these are clearly listed on our website.
We accept no other methods of payment than those mentioned on our website.
We remain owner of the product (s), until you have paid for the product (s) in full.
5. How will my product (s) be delivered?
We deliver the order at the address that has been given by you when placing your order which address cannot be changed after the order is completed. Where we are unable to deliver to your address, we may:
make another delivery attempt at a later date; or
deliver your parcel at a local pick up point
The times of delivery mentioned by us are only indications and are not guaranteed. The latest time of delivery is one year. In so far as permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages as a result of late delivery.
Important: it is important that you check the parcel at the time of receipt. Where the parcel is damaged, you would need to inform us immediately of this and in any case within one day.
Important: once you have accepted the parcel (without reporting any problems to us within one day), the risk of loss, damage, faulty, any kinds of problems, or reduction in value of the product (s) is at your expense and risk. This means that if the product (s) is lost or damaged after you have accepted it, to the extent permitted by applicable law you are responsible for that loss, damage, faulty, any kinds of problems, or reduction in value of the product (s) of the goods. All goods are non-refundable.
If you accept a refund, you will also accept the appeal not to reserve any rights, investigate nor affix any further into any relevant liability or pursue any matter or legal action against or regards the issue in this or any previous transactions.
We will match the price if you find a lower valid purchase price within 3 hours of your purchase, or cancel the order.
Once your order is confirmed, the order is finalized and can not be altered or canceled.
MyShoesHK shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the E-Shop are in stock. If a product runs out of stock, MyShoesHK reserves the right to offer a substitution or refund to the customer. MyShoesHK shall make every effort to provide customers with a substitute product of similar value and style. MyShoesHK shall notify customers of unavailable products and their substitutes by Whatsapp or email before delivery. Customers have the right to reject any substitutes offered. Ballshoeshk will refund the amount that customers have been charged for that product. If customers have agreed that substitutions are allowed, the final value of the customers’ order may be affected by substituting similar products. The prices charged are those applicable on the day of order confirmation. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and MyShoesHK reserves the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
6. International Shipping: We offer international shipping services for our products. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the receiving country's authorities. Due to the high postage fees associated with international shipping, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds solely based on the postage fee if you choose to return a product. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing the purchase. Once the product leaves our facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier for international delivery, the risk of loss or damage to the product becomes the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays incurred during transit.
In the event that you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support within [1 days] of receiving the item. We will review the situation and provide assistance in resolving the issue. If you wish to return a product for reasons other than it being faulty or damaged, you may be eligible for a return within [1 days] of receiving the item. Please note that both return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds for faulty products will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds for other cases will be processed upon receiving the returned item and confirming its original condition. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
